Order Status
You will receive a
confirmation email with an order number within two days in advance of placing your order. If you do not receive an order number please
contact us.

International orders
International orders are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Please note that charges on Customs and Import Duties are the
responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are calculated according to weight (whole lb up). For Shipping & Handling Rates reference, please
kindly refer to "International Shipping & Handling Rates". All shipments are sent Hong Kong Speed Post. Your purchase will be shipped out by the
following day if ordered before 12:00 noon. We do not ship on Saturday and Public Holidays.

Maximum Purchase Policy
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 3 units of each item with a maximum purchase of HKD4,000.00 per customer.
Backordered Items
If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail and the backordered items are shipped as

Pre-order items are not yet in stock but we can offer you an advanced purchase on our web site. Pre-order items
must be pre-paid and you will receive via email for the expected ship date.

Suggested Usage Schedule
Red-Avenue's products are normally have a two-year shelf life, but suggested to use within six months of purchase.
